Supplemental Staffing began in 1978. It is an independently owned family business incorporating 1st and 2nd generations within the staff. The Richards family provides opportunities for their family, their business, their employees, their clients and their community. We are dedicated to being the best at bringing people together; giving them easy access to each other and to the employment services and employment information they want anytime, anywhere. We strive to have our size and our expertise provide value to our customers. Managing our growth keeps us flexible.

Supplemental Staffing provides complete employment solutions to businesses, individuals and government agencies. We continually form strategic alliances with our clients by helping them turn fixed costs into variables. We help to create business networks by developing relationships and strategic alliances, which focus on each company's core competencies. Loosely joined, these networks cut costs, increase efficiency and are effective. We are the employment partner in such alliances, each of which is 'virtually' a single business unit in function while partners retain their individuality and identity.

We offer our temporaries the chance to gain valuable experience in the job market with full-time, part-time and seasonal positions. Based on our temporary to hire figures our employees on temporary assignment are hired in by our clients about 35% of the time.
